Important — Carrier Restrictions:
The shipment is subject to the carrier's applicable size, weight, packaging, destination, and other shipping requirements and restrictions. These requirements are set by the carrier and are outside Ultracycling Challenges' control.
Ultracycling Challenges cannot guarantee that the carrier will accept any given shipment, and assumes no responsibility if the carrier refuses or fails to accept a package because it does not meet the carrier's requirements, or for any other reason related to the carrier's shipping conditions. In such cases, the amount paid for the delivery service is non-refundable.
It is the customer's responsibility to review the requirements below before booking, and to confirm that their item(s) comply.
Bulky/Oversized Goods ("Sperrgut") Surcharge
You must add the Bulky Goods surcharge if any one of the following applies to your item:
It exceeds standard package size limits in at least one dimension (standard parcel: 120 × 60 × 60 cm; rolled items up to 5 kg: 120 cm length or 15 cm diameter)
It is not shaped like a box or a roll
It has parts that stick out or protrude
It is packaged in material other than cardboard or paper
It is unpackaged luggage — for example, a suitcase or travel/duffel bag
Exception: rigid folder-style cases are exempt from the "must be cardboard/paper" rule, as long as they still fit within the standard size limits above.
Maximum size even with the Bulky Goods surcharge:
Box-shaped items: max length 200 cm, and girth (length + 2×width + 2×height) ≤ 360 cm
Roll-shaped items: max length 200 cm, max diameter 60 cm, and length + circumference ≤ 360 cm
Items the carrier will not accept under any circumstances:
Anything exceeding the maximum bulky-goods dimensions above
Anything smaller than 15 × 11 × 1 cm (L × W × H)
Anything heavier than 31.5 kg
Anything not fully, securely, or properly packaged
Tax note: Adding the Bulky Goods surcharge makes postage for packages between 2–20 kg subject to VAT, which will be added to the shipping cost at checkout.
By booking this service, you confirm that you have checked your item(s) against the requirements above. Ultracycling Challenges is not liable for, and will not refund, delivery fees where the carrier refuses a shipment for failing to meet these requirements.

Die Sendung unterliegt den jeweils geltenden Größen-, Gewichts-, Verpackungs-, Ziel- und sonstigen Versandvorgaben und -beschränkungen des Transportunternehmens. Diese Vorgaben werden vom Transportunternehmen festgelegt und liegen außerhalb der Kontrolle von Ultracycling Challenges.
Ultracycling Challenges kann nicht garantieren, dass das Transportunternehmen eine Sendung annimmt, und übernimmt keine Verantwortung, falls das Transportunternehmen eine Sendung ablehnt oder nicht annimmt, weil sie dessen Anforderungen nicht erfüllt, oder aus anderen mit den Versandbedingungen des Transportunternehmens zusammenhängenden Gründen. In solchen Fällen ist der für den Lieferservice gezahlte Betrag nicht erstattungsfähig.
Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Kunden, die nachfolgenden Anforderungen vor der Buchung zu prüfen und sicherzustellen, dass sein/e Gepäckstück/e diesen entsprechen.
Zuschlag für Sperrgut
Der Service Sperrgut ist hinzuzubuchen, wenn eine oder mehrere der folgenden Eigenschaften zutreffen:
Überschreitung der Paket-Höchstmaße in mindestens einer Dimension (DHL Paket: 120 x 60 x 60 cm; Rolle bis 5 kg: Länge 120 cm bzw. Durchmesser 15 cm)
Weder quader- noch rollenförmig
Abstehende Teile
Verpackung aus anderem Material als Pappe oder Papier
Unverpackte Gepäckstücke wie Koffer und Reisetaschen
Ausnahme: Ordnerverpackungen sind hiervon ausgenommen, sofern die o. g. Paketmaße nicht überschritten werden.
Sperrgut-Höchstmaße:
In Quaderform: Länge 200 cm, Gurtmaß (= L + 2 × B + 2 × H) 360 cm
In Rollenform: Länge 200 cm, Ø 60 cm, Länge + Umfang 360 cm
Von der Beförderung generell ausgeschlossen sind Sendungen, die:
die Sperrgut-Höchstmaße überschreiten
die Mindestmaße (L x B x H) 15 cm x 11 cm x 1 cm unterschreiten
schwerer als 31,5 kg sind
nicht vollständig, unverpackt oder nicht sicher verpackt sind
Hinweis zur Umsatzsteuer: Bei Buchung des Services Sperrgut wird das Porto von Paketen zwischen 2 und 20 kg umsatzsteuerpflichtig und erhöht sich entsprechend um die gesetzliche USt.
Mit der Buchung dieses Services bestätigen Sie, dass Sie Ihr(e) Gepäckstück(e) anhand der oben genannten Anforderungen geprüft haben. Ultracycling Challenges haftet nicht für Versandgebühren, wenn das Transportunternehmen eine Sendung wegen Nichteinhaltung dieser Anforderungen ablehnt, und erstattet diese in solchen Fällen nicht.

Ultracycling Challenges no puede garantizar que el transportista acepte un envío determinado, y no asume ninguna responsabilidad en caso de que el transportista rechace o no acepte el paquete por no cumplir sus requisitos, o por cualquier otro motivo relacionado con las condiciones de envío del transportista. En tales casos, el importe abonado por el servicio de entrega no será reembolsable.
Es responsabilidad del cliente revisar los siguientes requisitos antes de reservar el servicio, y confirmar que su(s) artículo(s) los cumple(n).
Recargo por Bultos/Mercancía Voluminosa ("Sperrgut")
Debe añadir el recargo por mercancía voluminosa si se cumple alguna de las siguientes condiciones:
El paquete supera las dimensiones máximas estándar en al menos una dimensión (paquete estándar: 120 × 60 × 60 cm; artículos enrollados de hasta 5 kg: 120 cm de largo o 15 cm de diámetro)
No tiene forma de caja ni de rollo
Tiene partes salientes o que sobresalen
Está embalado en un material distinto al cartón o al papel
Es equipaje sin embalar — por ejemplo, una maleta o bolsa de viaje
Excepción: los estuches rígidos tipo carpeta quedan exentos de la norma de "debe ser cartón/papel", siempre que se mantengan dentro de los límites de tamaño estándar indicados anteriormente.
Tamaño máximo incluso con el recargo por mercancía voluminosa:
Artículos en forma de caja: longitud máxima 200 cm, y perímetro (largo + 2×ancho + 2×alto) ≤ 360 cm
Artículos en forma de rollo: longitud máxima 200 cm, diámetro máximo 60 cm, y longitud + circunferencia ≤ 360 cm
Artículos que el transportista no aceptará bajo ninguna circunstancia:
Cualquier artículo que supere las dimensiones máximas de mercancía voluminosa indicadas
Cualquier artículo con medidas inferiores a 15 × 11 × 1 cm (largo × ancho × alto)
Cualquier artículo con un peso superior a 31,5 kg
Cualquier artículo que no esté completa, segura o correctamente embalado
Nota sobre impuestos: Al añadir el recargo por mercancía voluminosa, el franqueo de paquetes entre 2 y 20 kg queda sujeto a IVA, que se añadirá al coste de envío en el momento del pago.
Al reservar este servicio, usted confirma que ha comprobado que su(s) artículo(s) cumple(n) con los requisitos indicados anteriormente. Ultracycling Challenges no se hace responsable de, ni reembolsará, las tarifas de envío en los casos en que el transportista rechace un envío por no cumplir estos requisitos.
