This optional service allows participants to transport their bag or bike box from the start in Girona to the finish in Munich (Germany). Capacity is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
The service must be booked in advance via the Online Shop and is available in three formats (Small Bag, Big Bag, Bike Box), each with specific maximum size and weight limits.
In case a participant withdraws from the challenge and does not reach the finish, the item may be shipped to a European address, subject to an additional cost.

1. Service Description
The organization offers an optional transport service for participants’ personal equipment from:
· Start location: Girona, Spain
· Finish location: Munich, Germany
This service is exclusively available to registered participants and must be reserved and paid in advance via the Online Shop.
This is a logistics support service for participants, not a commercial freight or courier service.
2. Accepted Items, Sizes & Weight Limits
Only the following types of items are accepted. Any item exceeding these limits may be refused.

· Each participant may only transport the item type(s) booked via the Online Shop.
· Items must be properly closed and suitable for handling and transport.
· The organization reserves the right to weigh and measure items.
3. Drop-off & Identification
Drop-off: As indicated by the organization.
· Each item must be clearly identified with the official tag or label provided by the organization.
· Items without proper identification may not be transported.
4. Delivery at Finish Location
· Transported items will be available for collection at the finish area in Muinch, Germany.
· Items must be collected personally by the participant.
5. Withdrawal or Non-Finish of the Challenge
If a participant withdraws from the challenge or does not reach the finish location:
· The organization may arrange shipment of the participant’s item to a delivery address indicated by the participant.
· This shipment is limited to addresses within Europe only.
· All additional shipping and handling costs must be paid in advance by the participant.
· The organization is not obliged to ship the item until full payment is received.
6. Prohibited Contents
For safety, legal, and customs reasons, the following items must NOT be placed inside any bag or bike box:
· Dangerous or hazardous goods
· Flammable, explosive, or combustible materials
· Pressurized containers or gas cartridges
· Lithium batteries not installed in equipment
· Chemicals, fuels, oils, solvents, or cleaning agents
· Firearms, weapons, ammunition, or sharp objects
· Illegal substances or items prohibited under German, Spanish, or EU law
· Food items that are perishable or require special handling
· Cash, jewelry, electronic devices, passports, documents, or valuables
The participant is fully responsible for the contents of their item.
7. Inspections & Compliance
· The organization reserves the right to refuse or exclude any item if its contents are suspected to be unsafe, prohibited, or non-compliant.
· Participants may be asked to open their bag or bike box for inspection.
· Any costs, penalties, or consequences resulting from prohibited contents are the sole responsibility of the participant.
8. Liability
· The organization will handle all items with reasonable care.
· However, transport is carried out at the participant’s own risk.
· Ultracycling Challenges is not liable for loss, theft, delay, or damage, including damage caused by handling, stacking, or transport conditions.
· No insurance coverage is provided unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Participants are strongly advised not to include fragile or valuable items.
9. Legal Nature of the Service
· This service is offered as a logistics support service for event participants.
· Ultracycling Challenges does not operate as a freight forwarder, courier, or transport company.
· No commercial transport contract is established beyond the scope of this event-related service.
10. Final Provisions
· Capacity is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
· Ultracycling Challenges reserves the right to modify operational details if required for safety or logistical reasons.
· By booking this service, the participant fully accepts these Terms & Conditions.
